Before You Sign Anything …  There Is a Process

Whether you are a first time home buyer, moving up the property ladder or investing in a property I will work diligently on your behalf to make the process as simple and effective for you as possible.

STEP ONE … is for us to sit down together and review your options.

STEP TWO … is evaluating your purchase capacity and determining the right kind of financing package for you. At this point, we usually like to refer buyers to a mortgage specialist if you are not pre-approved already.  This will allow you to be in a better negotiating position when we do find the home you are looking for!

STEP THREE … is where you will receive listing notifications on a daily basis from Campbell through our Search Program.

STEP FOUR  …  once we’ve found the right home, an offer will be prepared and negotiated on your behalf.

STEP FIVE  …  satisfying all the conditions in the offer and assuring the transfer of  ownership of the home to you and getting you comfortably moved in!

There are many details involved in getting the sale closed and it requires a great deal of communication with a lot of people. Our role is to keep the lines of communication open with the Listing Agent and to work closely with your mortgage specialist and lawyer, helping to ensure that all details are handled quickly and professionally on your behalf.
